What actually determines the price
We don't publish component price lists - GPU street prices move weekly - but the structure of the cost is transparent:
- GPUs - typically 60-80% of the total. The single biggest decision. An RTX 5090 build and an RTX PRO 6000 build with identical everything-else can differ by tens of thousands of euros. - Platform: dual AMD EPYC CPUs, motherboard, chassis, redundant PSUs.
- Memory and storage: DDR5 ECC RDIMMs and NVMe scale with your workload - RAG pipelines and data-heavy training want more of both.
- Cooling and power headroom: engineered for 24/7 full load, not benchmark bursts.
- Scope: assembly and testing only, or deployment, colocation and ongoing support too.

The realistic timeline
From confirmed configuration to a machine you can SSH into:
- Component sourcing - the variable part. Common components are days; specific GPUs in volume can take longer depending on EU distributor stock. We confirm availability before you commit.
- Assembly - days, not weeks. Precision rack-chassis build, cable management, firmware updates.
- Burn-in - 72 hours minimum. Every machine runs sustained 100% GPU load with thermal and power monitoring before it ships. A server that hasn't survived a 72-hour burn-in is not a server we deliver.
- Delivery or deployment. Handover at your site, or straight into a data center.
Warranty and what happens when something fails
Base warranty is 3 years, extendable up to 5. Because we're in Sofia and the hardware is sourced in the EU, an RMA means a courier inside the EU - not a customs declaration and a six-week wait. For production machines we can hold spare parts strategy (fans, PSUs) so a failure means a swap, not downtime.
After delivery: support, monitoring, monetization
A GPU server is not a fire-and-forget purchase. Ongoing support covers driver and firmware updates, uptime and thermal monitoring, and capacity planning as your models grow. Where the machine lives: your office or colocation
A single workstation-class build can live in an office. A multi-GPU server drawing 3-6kW cannot - it needs a data center with redundant power and cooling. We arrange colocation in professional Bulgarian data centers, which also gives you EU data residency - increasingly a hard requirement for regulated workloads.
