About the Project

Agenzia started as a brokerage website and grew into an "everything property" platform: property listings (buy / rent / Off-Market), a "Sell with Agenzia" funnel, and three service lines under one roof - AGENZIA Finance (purchase financing), insurance, and AGENZIA Interiori (interior design). The platform also powers satellite landing domains for flagship properties - SP65 Office Space and La Maison Forêt.

• Custom EA→WPResidence Sync Plugin v4.2+ (2,600+ lines of PHP) - automatic listing import from EstateAssist CRM

What Makes It Special

This is a brokerage that outgrew the classic agency website: one WordPress platform now runs listings, a CRM-synced inventory, three service verticals and satellite domains. The custom sync plugin is what makes it possible - the team manages everything in EstateAssist, and the public platform updates itself.
